{"id":25,"date":"2024-06-10T15:48:34","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T15:48:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/reclaimourrights.org\/w1\/?page_id=25"},"modified":"2024-07-04T22:02:49","modified_gmt":"2024-07-04T22:02:49","slug":"assistance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/reclaimourrights.org\/w1\/index.php\/assistance\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Property Protection Assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This area of focus has the goal of establishing a legal defense fund to help property owners protect their land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a growing trend, especially in rural areas, for people to hire a surveyor with more accurate instruments than were available in the past and then to try to overturn property lines that have been established for 50, 100 or even more years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The laws exist that are meant to protect a property owner from having land taken from them in this manner, however, it can easily cost $100,000 in attorney fees.
